PATTY SPROULE

Patty Sproule is a seasoned leader with over 40 years experience in individual, team and organizational development within the public and not-for-profit sectors. Patty has extensive experience in the areas of Not for Profit organizational process, community consultation and engagement.

Patty is the founder of Synergy Youth and Community Development Society. She advocated for the creation of Synergy based on locally researched and documented need for programs that offer leadership as well as wellness education and support for youth and the community.
