Connection And CARe
Counselling Program

The Connection and Care Counselling Program is a barrier free counselling program offered to residents of Chestermere, Langdon and rural south east Rocky View.  Synergy is pleased to offer Mental Health and Counselling appointments for youth and/or families. 

 

Appointments are available in person at the Lifepath Centre for Community Leadership or virtually.  Counselling is available at no-cost or a low-cost.  Full subsidies are available for those without insurance coverage or the means to pay the reduced fee of $50 per hour.

There are 3 Counsellors with the program who are available to provide support, each with areas of specialty.  Those looking for support will be matched with the Counsellor best suited to support their needs.
